We are hiring! As part of the EU-funded MSCA PhD training network "Cilia-AI" we have a fully funded PhD position available in our group.
We are looking for highly motivated researchers with a keen interest in developmental cell biology who are motivated to develop AI/ML-based data integration and molecular modelling skills.
The applicants must not have resided in The Netherlands for more than 12 months in the last 3 years, and not have carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in The Netherlands. For refugees under the Geneva Convention (1951 Refugee Convention and the 1967 Protocol), the refugee procedure (i.e. before refugee status is conferred) will not be counted as βperiod of residence/activity in The Netherlands.
Marie Curie Training Networks offer a unique opportunity to get cutting-edge training in a multidisciplinary environment with a focus on academic and personal development of the PhD fellows. The supervisors in the Cilia-AI network each provide specific competences and as part of the network you develop your skills and carry out research both independently and as part of a network of 14 PhD fellows. The consortium ensures exchange of ideas through network-wide training events, summer schools and intersectoral secondments. As a PhD fellow in the Cilia-AI network, you need to have good social skills, be innovative and goal-oriented and be willing to conduct the planned secondments.
